1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 3–5 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: Available on select orders for faster delivery

You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.


3. How are the cakes and cookies packaged?

All our baked goods are carefully packaged to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use food-safe, secure wrapping and protective boxes.


4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.


5. Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. If you have food allergies, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
